Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing projects utilizing standard project management methodologies to ensure all deliverables meet quality, financial, and schedule targets. This role requires strong collaboration across internal departments, vendors, and customer stakeholders to maintain alignment and project success. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with experience managing complex technical or infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities

Utilize project management tools and methodologies to execute projects on time and within budget.

Define project scope and resource requirements; work with functional leaders to develop a comprehensive project resource plan.

Coordinate with order management, production, logistics, contractors, services, and warranty teams to ensure seamless execution.

Monitor and communicate project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to all stakeholders.

Serve as the primary customer interface, maintaining proactive communication and escalation of issues to avoid project delays.

Conduct periodic site visits to build relationships with customers and ensure clear understanding of scope and progress.

Escalate potential risks or issues and drive timely resolution through cross-functional collaboration.

Lead and facilitate project meetings and presentations to communicate project milestones and updates effectively.

Track and report on key project metrics — including quality, cost, and schedule performance — ensuring goals are achieved.

Manage project financial performance: create and track budgets, analyze variances, and maintain target margins.

Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all team members adhere to safety procedures; host regular safety meetings.
Minimum Qualifications

3–5 years of professional project management experience.

Background in construction, electrical, or mechanical contracting environments.

Strong working knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, and resource management.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in critical infrastructure projects (UPS, thermal, battery, and monitoring systems).

Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing processes, data center infrastructure, or commissioning.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
