We’re seeking a detail-oriented, forward-thinking Industrial Engineer to join our growing Claremore operation. In this role, you’ll lead process improvement projects, drive production efficiency, and support our company’s continued growth and success.


What You’ll Do

  • Optimize Production Layouts: Design and enhance floor layouts to improve workflow, reduce material handling, and boost efficiency in the manufacturing of air-cooled heat exchangers.
  • Streamline Processes: Implement strategies that remove bottlenecks, improve cycle times, and maximize throughput.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable gains in efficiency and quality.
  • Plan for Growth: Evaluate capacity and recommend layout or equipment adjustments to align with future expansion goals.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Partner with Design, R&D, and Production teams to ensure new product designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and efficient.
  • Problem Solve and Innovate: Identify inefficiencies, perform root cause analyses, and develop data-driven corrective actions.
  • Improve Equipment Utilization: Oversee the integration of new equipment to enhance production flow and minimize downtime.
  • Document and Standardize: Develop SOPs, process maps, and best practice guidelines to support sustainable improvements.
  • Drive Cost Reduction: Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve productivity, and deliver cost savings across operations.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (Master’s a plus).
  • 5 years of experience in industrial or process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production layout design, workflow optimization, and process improvement tools.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and engineering design systems.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement programs.
  • Analytical, innovative mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
