A day in the life:
- Continuously explore the market for prospective candidates that align with our clients' needs.
- Find opportunities to grow service relationships with existing clients. Forge strategic partnerships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering customized recruitment solutions.
- Conduct quality reviews and monitor contract compliance.
- Source resumes to establish candidate pools.
- Recruit and interview qualified candidates.
- Build candidate and client relationships through extensive interaction and diligent follow-up.
- Negotiate and present employment offers.
- Cultivate a personal portfolio of clients and candidates, focusing on both maintaining existing relationships and developing new ones.
What you'll need:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Discovery skills to find the client needs behind the qualification bullet points.
- Interview savvy to uncover the talent and potential buried in resume text.
- Relentless approach to daily work and the grit to see it through.
- Proven ability to interact professionally and authentically with clients and candidates.
- Previous experience in recruitment, with a strong emphasis on candidate sourcing and relationship management.
- Driven, energetic, and tenacious; willing to work extended hours when necessary and perform at a high level of productivity.
- Highly adaptable to change.
- Ability to maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills.
- Willingness to attend networking events.
