Job Title: Shipping Associate
Pay Rate: $16/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Rutherfordton, NC
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our warehouse team in Rutherfordton, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, packing, labeling, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and package outgoing orders according to company standards
- Label shipments correctly and verify contents for accuracy
- Load and unload shipments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with warehouse and inventory staff to ensure timely fulfillment
- Follow all safety and quality control procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
- Previous shipping or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Basic computer or scanner use experience helpful
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
