Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contractor to support two high-priority HR/Benefits initiatives requiring immediate attention. This individual will play a key role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and effective project delivery across multiple locations and complex benefit structures.


Key Initiatives:

1. Living Wage Ordinances Compliance

  • Support implementation of Living Wage Ordinances in several cities, including Philadelphia (PHL) and Los Angeles (LAX).

  • Track and maintain compliance with minimum total compensation thresholds for airport workers.

  • Monitor individual benefit elections, wage adjustments, and compensation changes across multiple sites.

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and documentation.

2. Tiered Life Insurance Program for Pilots

  • Support the launch of a new tiered life insurance program during the upcoming Annual Enrollment (AE) period.

  • Coordinate setup, system configuration, and communication activities related to implementation.

  • Serve as administrative lead for project tracking, documentation, and issue resolution.

  • Ensure employee communications and data integrations are delivered on schedule.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Track compliance and monitor data accuracy across multiple workstreams.

  • Maintain and update project documentation, including trackers, issue logs, and reporting templates.

  • Manage timelines and deliverables to support HR/Benefits, Payroll, and Compliance teams.

  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.

  • Analyze data to support compliance audits and program performance tracking.

  • Assist with vendor coordination, employee communication, and testing for Annual Enrollment activities.

  • Support administrative processes tied to benefits and wage adjustments.


Top Skillsets & Qualifications:

  • Strong Project Management experience, ideally within HR, Benefits, or Compliance environments.

  • Analytical and data-focused mindset with the ability to assess, interpret, and validate information.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in tracking and documentation.

  • Experience with Annual Enrollment or benefit administration cycles.

  • Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience facilitating meetings, maintaining project plans, and tracking milestones.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, or similar).

  • Strong technical aptitude, including Excel and HRIS/Benefits systems.

  • Familiarity with HR, benefits, and compliance programs preferred.

  • Experience supporting data migrations and performing data validation a plus.
