What You’ll Do

Manage and process customer orders from start to finish—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and top-tier service.

Prepare quotes, pricing, and lead times to support customers and sales teams.

Coordinate shipments and releases to meet deadlines and expectations.

Interpret parts manuals, drawings, and technical documentation to identify correct components.

Handle returns, credits, and warranty claims efficiently and in compliance with requirements.

Source and procure parts to meet unique customer needs, following up to guarantee satisfaction.

Jump in to support team initiatives and special projects as needed.
What You’ll Bring

High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training a plus.

3–5 years of experience in a parts, inventory, or service coordination role preferred.

Strong product knowledge and ability to interpret technical materials.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is a bonus.
