Medical Device Assembler – Precision Manufacturing (Day Shift)
Location: Plano, TX
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm (4/10 workweek — enjoy 3-day weekends!)
About the Role

As a Medical Device Assembler, you’ll play a vital part in building and testing life-saving technologies such as pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs). Every component you touch contributes to improving and extending lives around the world.
What You’ll Do

Perform precision assembly, repair, and testing on pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related medical device components.

Work under a microscope for extended periods to handle and assemble small, delicate components with care and accuracy.

Follow detailed procedures and quality standards to ensure every product meets medical-grade requirements.

Utilize computer applications (MS Word, Excel) for documentation and production tracking.

Collaborate with team members in a cleanroom environment to achieve daily production goals.
What We’re Looking For

Previous manufacturing experience is a must.

Experience in medical device assembly, quality inspection, or micro-assembly preferred.

Comfortable with microscope work and handling small parts.

Strong attention to detail, steady hand-eye coordination, and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Team-oriented attitude with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
