Medical Device Assembler – Precision Manufacturing (Day Shift)

Location: Plano, TX
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm (4/10 workweek — enjoy 3-day weekends!)

About the Role

As a Medical Device Assembler, you’ll play a vital part in building and testing life-saving technologies such as pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs). Every component you touch contributes to improving and extending lives around the world.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform precision assembly, repair, and testing on pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related medical device components.

  • Work under a microscope for extended periods to handle and assemble small, delicate components with care and accuracy.

  • Follow detailed procedures and quality standards to ensure every product meets medical-grade requirements.

  • Utilize computer applications (MS Word, Excel) for documentation and production tracking.

  • Collaborate with team members in a cleanroom environment to achieve daily production goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous manufacturing experience is a must.

  • Experience in medical device assembly, quality inspection, or micro-assembly preferred.

  • Comfortable with microscope work and handling small parts.

  • Strong attention to detail, steady hand-eye coordination, and commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • Team-oriented attitude with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
