A day in the life:
- Proactively source resumes from applicant tracking systems, job boards, and other tools daily.
- Identify qualified candidates for potential placement to built talent pipelines.
- Use creative and out-of-the-box sourcing techniques to find top talent.
- Collaborate with recruiters and/or hiring managers to understand position requirements
- Enter pre-qualified candidates, job postings, and notes into the company's candidate database.
- Write, post, and manage engaging job postings across multiple platforms.
- Support recruiting technology initiatives and process improvements.
- Assist with onboarding processes and ensure compliance with background checks, I-9, E-Verify, and client-specific requirements.
- Network with online groups, social communities, and professional networks.
- High school diploma or GED required; prior sourcing or recruiting experience a plus.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Communication style that's polished and authentic
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques is advantageous.
- Driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
