2nd Shift Assembly Technician – Napoleon, OH
Shift Time: 4pm-12amPosition Overview
We are seeking motivated and reliable Assembly Technicians to join our growing team in Napoleon, OH. In this role, you'll work on a high-energy production line, assembling axles and components while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble axles and components through repetitive line operations.

Maintain strict quality standards and immediately report issues or defects.

Operate and cross-train across multiple assembly workstations.

Follow and promote all safety guidelines and practices.

Report any equipment or tool malfunctions to the supervisor/team lead

Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Prior production or manufacturing experience (preferred but not required).

Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks.

Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and multiple shifts.

Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and quality.

Willingness to cross-train and grow within the organization.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background verification.
