2nd Shift Assembly Technician – Napoleon, OH

Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and reliable Assembly Technicians to join our growing team in Napoleon, OH. In this role, you'll work on a high-energy production line, assembling axles and components while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble axles and components through repetitive line operations.

• Maintain strict quality standards and immediately report issues or defects.

• Operate and cross-train across multiple assembly workstations.

• Follow and promote all safety guidelines and practices.

• Report any equipment or tool malfunctions to the supervisor/team lead

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• Prior production or manufacturing experience (preferred but not required).

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks.

• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and multiple shifts.

• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and quality.

• Willingness to cross-train and grow within the organization.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background verification.
