Assist Purchasing and vendors to troubleshoot problems with invoices and credits/returns.
Field calls from customers and vendors about accounts and statements.
Job costing and analysis.
Balance freight costs.
Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
Calculate commissions and key into company database for payment.
Capture credit card payments from customers to receive invoice payments.
Sort and complete exported invoices for accounting purposes.
Complete Spare Part costing by month to determine profit/loss.
