Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Orlando, FL

Department: Sales

Reports To: Inside Sales and Customer Service Manager

Pay: Salary – 45k-50k


Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate daily with clients via phone and email to promote products, services, and capabilities.

  • Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries, including quotes (RFQs), returns (RMAs), order changes, and order entry.

  • Monitor the sales cycle from initial contact to order fulfillment, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.

  • Grow existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and providing tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with the field sales team to coordinate efforts and maximize sales potential.

  • Route qualified opportunities to appropriate departments for further development and closure.

  • Analyze customer purchase history and trends to identify growth opportunities.

  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and profitability goals.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven ability to learn quickly, engage with customers, and work independently.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.

  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable with CRM systems.

  • Must be able to work with ITAR-controlled data (U.S. citizens or permanent residents only).


Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.

  • Experience with electronic components or a related industry is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
