The Energy Services Representative acts as the primary liaison between customers and the organization, providing support, education, and solutions related to energy efficiency, conservation, and service programs. This role is responsible for promoting energy-saving initiatives, assisting customers with service inquiries, and ensuring compliance with utility and environmental standards.
- Assist customers in residential, commercial, and industrial communities in coordinating gas and electric service installations.
- Collaborate with customers, installers, and engineers to provide high level customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple work orders simultaneously making sure deadlines are met.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their work orders and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Review customer applications, ensuring accurate and complete form submissions.
- Conduct on-site visits to meet with customers and address any installation-related issues.
- Maintain consistency and organization of documents related to work orders and installations.
- Attend weekly meeting calls to discuss workorders and provide project updates.
- Schedule installations in an efficient and timely manner, considering customer preferences and resource availability.
