Nesco Resource is hiring a Production Operator to work onsite with our client, a leader in electronics manufacturing. This is a great opportunity to join a stable company, build your skills, and work with state-of-the-art equipment in a supportive team environment.
What You'll Do:

Operate production equipment including screen printer, paste inspection, pick and place, and reflow oven.

Work closely with the group leader, setup person, and parts coordinator to complete jobs efficiently.

Load/unload machines and ensure quality standards are met.

Handle minor troubleshooting and notify the supervisor of larger issues.

Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive work environment.
What We're Looking For:

0–3 years of manufacturing or electronics experience (training available for motivated candidates).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work well as part of a team and adapt to changes.

Commitment to safety and quality.

Experience with MPI MIS (Aegis) software and component identification training is a plus.
