Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Napoleon, Ohio
Compensation: $32 – $46/hour
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a dynamic manufacturing facility. This role is critical in ensuring equipment reliability, driving continuous improvement, and supporting production of high-quality automotive products. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead maintenance planning, coordinate repairs, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance and uptime.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities, including work order prioritization, scheduling, and execution.

Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.

Partner with vendors and contractors to source replacement components, tools, and technologies that improve productivity.

Supervise troubleshooting, repairs, and rebuilds of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.

Support quality, production, safety, and operational excellence initiatives.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, timekeeping, and work order documentation.

Ensure all equipment complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Promote and enforce high standards of housekeeping, safety, and operational discipline.

Lead special projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Qualifications:

10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, or 5 years with a Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.

Strong technical knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), predictive/preventive programs, and experience in reducing MTTF/MTBF.

Journeyman-level technical expertise in maintenance disciplines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Kanban principles.

Ability to work off-shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Excellent attendance and reliability.

Willingness to travel for training and collaboration with other facilities.
