Shift: 2 nd (Monday through Friday 2:30 pm to 11 pm with OT as needed)
Salary: $22-$27 an hour based on experience ($1 shift differential)

Summary
Are you ready to take your CNC skills to the next level in a fast-paced, high-performing manufacturing environment? We're looking for a driven and hands-on CNC Operator with experience running one or more of the following: waterjet, punch presses, and press brake machinery.
This is not your average CNC gig it's a dynamic, cross-functional role. You'll have the opportunity to cross-train on a variety of equipment and grow your technical skills in a supportive, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Intermediate knowledge of reading production instructions, processes, and procedures, including interpreting and translating engineering designs and documentation.
- Set up and operate CNC waterjet, vaski, and press brake machines to produce parts according to tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Familiarity with G-Code, Cam software, or CNC interface systems.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as mics and calipers to ensure that parts meet quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborates with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to resolve technical issues and improve production processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly working environment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Basic math skills along with mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and follow verbal and written directions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Working Environment
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and temperature variations.
- Walking or standing on the Plant floor.
- Frequently required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds without help.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Three or more years of CNC waterjet, vaski, or press brake operation in a manufacturing environment.
