We’re looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead daily operations in our production facility, including maintenance and facility upkeep. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing or industrial maintenance, with hands-on leadership experience in fast-paced production environments.

In this role, you’ll manage production and maintenance teams, ensure equipment runs smoothly, and keep the facility operating efficiently and safely. You’ll also drive continuous improvement efforts and support long-term operational goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all manufacturing and maintenance operations on-site.

  • Lead and develop production and maintenance teams, including supervisors and technicians.

  • Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.

  • Manage day-to-day equipment upkeep, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

  • Work with contractors and vendors for facility repairs and upgrades.

  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment or process issues to minimize downtime.

  • Promote and apply lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment (cGMP standards).

  • Support cross-functional goals with planning, scheduling, and inventory coordination.

  • Monitor parts and maintenance supply inventory; place orders as needed.

  • Lead facility upgrades and equipment improvement projects.

  • Train and coach team members for technical and professional development.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing management or industrial maintenance leadership.

  • Strong mechanical and equipment knowledge in a plant or production environment.

  • Proven success leading teams and improving operational performance.

  • Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance systems (CMMS is a plus).

  • Working knowledge of Lean, TPM, or other continuous improvement tools.

  • Comfortable with troubleshooting and solving production issues quickly.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Able to work with cross-functional teams (quality, supply chain, engineering).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred—but not required if experience is strong.

  • Experience working in a GMP-regulated or FDA-compliant environment is a plus.

  • Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory compliance requirements.


Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Factory and maintenance floor environment—exposure to heat, noise, and occasional dust or odors.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

  • Must be comfortable working around machinery and production equipment.
