Thermal Engineering R&D Manager
Location: Tulsa, OK | Salary: $130K–$150K DOE

What You’ll Do
- Lead design, modeling, and optimization of heat exchangers and immersion-cooled systems
- Conduct thermal and fluid flow simulations (CFD, FEA) to guide product development
- Develop and test control strategies and integrate sensors for real-world applications
- Drive experimental validation and continuous product improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure manufacturability, performance, and customer alignment
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal/Fluid Sciences, or related (Master’s preferred)
- 5–7 years in thermal management or cooling system product development
- Experience with CFD/FEA simulations and CAD design
- Hands-on lab experience, sensor integration, and control systems knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and leadership ability
