Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure swift and accurate responses to alarm signals, prioritizing customer satisfaction and peace of mind.

- Keep meticulous records of all actions taken during calls to ensure accuracy and reliability.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong background in customer service with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced problem-solving and deductive reasoning abilities.
- Comfortable sitting while using computer and phone equipment for extended periods.
- Ability to thrive under moderately stressful situations.
- Efficient and accurate typing at a minimum of 30 WPM.
- Proficiency in juggling multiple computer applications and databases simultaneously.

Shift Hours:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Requirements:
- Ability to arrive early or stay late as customer needs dictate.
- This role may require working at least one weekend day per week.
- Typically a 3-6 month contract before transitioning to Direct Hire.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
