Responsibilities:
- Performs routine repairs and maintenance of plant and/or office facilities and equipment. Performs basic carpentry, or associated work on plant facilities.
- May be required to troubleshoot equipment or facilities problems and reports them to supervisor.
- May perform routine inspections to determine repair and maintenance work as necessary. May assist with preventative/corrective maintenance.
- Building repairs, painting, carpentry, handyman position.
- Basic facilities maintenance, trash pick-up, wide range of duties as assigned.
- Must have interim or full secret clearance required at submittal
- 2 years maintenance experience
- 2 years facilities experience
- 2 years experience with general maintenance experience
- No degree required, high school diploma okay
- PPE in the form of steel toe shoes are required.
- All other PPE will be provided.
