Legal Assistant – Workers' Compensation Team

What You'll Do:

  • Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and correspondence in workers' comp cases

  • Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and hearings with precision

  • Organize medical records, claim files, and case documentation

  • Schedule depositions, mediations, and client meetings

  • Communicate professionally with clients and external partners

  • Assist with trial prep and case summaries

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of legal assistant/paralegal experience (workers' comp or insurance defense experience strongly preferred)

  • Familiarity with workers' compensation forms, procedures, and claim processes

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software

  • Someone who thrives under deadlines and can juggle multiple priorities

Education:

  • High School Diploma required

  • Associate degree or Paralegal certificate preferred
