About the Role
The Litigation Legal Assistant will play a key role in supporting attorneys within a fast-paced practice. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the professionalism to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
Key Qualifications

3–5 years of prior law firm experience (litigation experience strongly preferred)

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong typing and transcription ability

High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Education & Credentials

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies (preferred)

Professional Legal Secretary certification (preferred)
