Job Title: Senior Accountant / CPA

Salary Range: $100K $115K
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Accountant (CPA) to take the lead in driving our accounting and finance operations. In this role, you’ll oversee multi-entity reporting, manage physician compensation programs, and ensure compliance across a complex organization. What You’ll Do

Lead the preparation and review of interim and annual financial statements, journal entries, allocations, intercompany transactions, and general ledger activity.

Manage and mentor the General Accounting team.

Reconcile accounts and oversee allocations, including physician corporate costs.

Administer compensation and contracts for 200 physicians (employed and 1099), ensuring compliance.

Partner with auditors and accountants on tax and audit matters.

Prepare quarterly and annual federal and state tax returns for affiliated entities.

Develop and oversee budgets across multiple entities.

Approve check requests and manage ad hoc financial projects.

Safeguard confidentiality and uphold organizational financial standards.
What We’re Looking For

CPA certification (required)

Bachelor’s in Accounting; MBA preferred

4 years of accounting experience (multi-entity/corporate background a plus)

Strong command of GAAP and financial reporting

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software

Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
