About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Accountant (CPA) to take the lead in driving our accounting and finance operations. In this role, you’ll oversee multi-entity reporting, manage physician compensation programs, and ensure compliance across a complex organization. What You’ll Do

  • Lead the preparation and review of interim and annual financial statements, journal entries, allocations, intercompany transactions, and general ledger activity.

  • Manage and mentor the General Accounting team.

  • Reconcile accounts and oversee allocations, including physician corporate costs.

  • Administer compensation and contracts for 200 physicians (employed and 1099), ensuring compliance.

  • Partner with auditors and accountants on tax and audit matters.

  • Prepare quarterly and annual federal and state tax returns for affiliated entities.

  • Develop and oversee budgets across multiple entities.

  • Approve check requests and manage ad hoc financial projects.

  • Safeguard confidentiality and uphold organizational financial standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • CPA certification (required)

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting; MBA preferred

  • 4 years of accounting experience (multi-entity/corporate background a plus)

  • Strong command of GAAP and financial reporting

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software

  • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
