Nesco Resource is looking for an Outbound Call Center Representative. If you are motivated and customer-focused, we want to talk to you! In this role, you'll play an important part in supporting our clients by connecting with their subscribers, providing renewal opportunities, and ensuring accounts remain up to date.
What you will do:
- Make outbound calls to current and former subscribers to discuss renewals, payments, and subscription options.
- Stay organized and prepared with the right information for each client during scheduled shifts.
- Accurately document call outcomes in our databases.
- Uphold security standards while handling sensitive payment information.
- Provide clients with weekly updates and valuable feedback.
- Support client growth by occasionally upselling premium subscription options.
- Straightforward calling process- no cold calling required.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm (In office)
Pay: $14.50/hr.
