Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Lead specializing in dental or medical imaging support for our specialized equipment manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing top-notch customer support. This role involves network assessment, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and integrating our imaging software with practice management software and other third-party imaging software. This candidate will provide Tier 3 support for complex network diagnostic issues, including troubleshooting connectivity, latency, and performance problems across LAN environments, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system functionality.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical support, preferably within a manufacturing, machinery equipment industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Imaging/PC experience required.
- Knowledge of CBCT and 2D Panoramic imaging systems preferred.
- Experience with network assessment, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with practice management software and third-party imaging software integration.
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Excellent phone and customer service skills required.
