Job Title: ERP Financial Consultant
Compensation: $85,000 – $115,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-Time
Travel Required: Yes, as needed, no overnights.
About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced ERP Financial Consultant. In this role, you'll lead and support ERP software upgrade projects and implementations from kickoff to go-live—delivering on time, within budget, and to scope. You'll also act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing consulting, training, and support.
What You'll Do:

Partner with clients as a trusted advisor for ERP configuration, implementation, and training.

Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and contribute to solution design.

Coordinate project activities, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.

Support clients in a help desk capacity and troubleshoot application questions.

Provide on-site training and consulting when needed.

Maintain accurate timesheets, expenses, and documentation.
Skills You Bring:

Proficiency with ERP systems (Epicor, Infor Visual, Syteline, Great Plains, etc.).

Solid experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and operate independently.

Professional, client-focused demeanor with empathy and patience.
Qualifications:

CPA or CMA preferred.

3–5 years' experience in manufacturing accounting or ERP financial consulting.

Proven success leading ERP software implementations across multiple industries.

Knowledge of supply chain/distribution highly desirable.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
