Love the smell of metal in the morning? We're looking for a Jr. Welder to join our crew in Avon.
You'll be hands-on with MIG, TIG, and electric arc welding—building, fixing, fabricating, and getting stuff DONE. If you're someone who takes pride in your welds, can read a blueprint like a champ, and want to work in a place that values work-life balance (hello BBQs, PTO, and a boot stipend!), this is your spot. Come weld with a team that works hard, laughs harder, and always brings the heat.
