Production Scheduler/Planner
Overview
Seeking a Production Scheduler/Planner to manage manufacturing schedules, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and keep projects on track. This role ensures materials, resources, and production timelines align to meet customer needs while driving efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain production schedules, adjusting for changes in demand, staffing, or equipment.

Coordinate with purchasing and materials teams to confirm availability of parts and kits.

Communicate plans with production supervisors and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Track performance against plan, document downtime, and report deviations.

Provide weekly updates on completed, delayed, or rescheduled work orders.

Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and support process improvements.
Qualifications

2 years in production planning, scheduling, or similar manufacturing experience.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and basic to intermediate Excel.

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.

Knowledge of capacity planning and demand forecasting preferred.
