Summary: This is a 2nd shift position Mon-Fri 3p-11p. Must be able to train on 1st shift 7a-3p for 2 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect, receive, and account for inbound materials, verifying quantity, weight, and condition against packing slips. Handle discrepancies or damaged goods appropriately.

Inspect and account for outbound shipments, ensuring materials pulled from inventory match transfer orders. Apply appropriate labeling for both inbound and outbound goods.

Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, Drexel, and man-up turret), pallet jacks, electric overhead cranes, company vehicles, and other equipment as directed, while following all safety protocols.

Operate select woodworking equipment as required.

Coordinate deliveries from the dock and warehouse to production departments.

Maintain inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and proper transaction recording in ERP/WMS systems (preferably SAP).

Assemble and prepare kitting packages for production.

Process daily packages, returns, transportation services, waste, and recycling.

Identify and participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Promote and maintain a safe work environment by reporting hazards, participating in safety programs, and complying with Environmental Health & Safety requirements.

Support housekeeping and organizational standards to keep warehouse areas clean and compliant.

Remain current on required training and certifications.

Work overtime and be available for on-call support during off hours, nights, and weekends as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

High School diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics, warehousing, and inventory control within a distribution center environment.

Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound logistics procedures and warehouse management systems, preferably SAP.

Proven ability to perform detail-oriented work with accuracy and adherence to policies.

Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift and move 25–75 lbs. regularly.

Valid, unrestricted driver's license required.

Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.

Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
