Responsibilities
• Perform accurate and timely data entry into electronic data systems.
• Conduct quality control checks to prevent duplicate entries and ensure data integrity.
• Sort and manage paper and electronic records efficiently.
• Assist with obtaining missing information from laboratories to complete records.
• Provide administrative support to Bureau staff, including scheduling and correspondence.
• Adhere to ADHS confidentiality policies when handling sensitive health information.
• Maintain a private, secure workspace for on-site duties.
Qualifications
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with internal staff and external entities.
• Ability to work within a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience working with the public and providing guidance on basic inquiries.
• Bilingual skills preferred (e.g., English/Spanish). 1
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy policies.
• On-site availability with access to a private workspace.
