Nesco Resource is in search of a Sales Coordinator for one of our clients based in Bridgeport, CT.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage incoming customer leads by phone, email and various online portals
- Qualify incoming leads
- Schedule site visits between sales representatives and customers, manage/organize the site visit calendar
- Answer the sales phone line and manage communications with sales customers
- Process invoices and collections
- Manage all financing between customers and the financing companies including approvals and payouts
- Coordinate with project managers to schedule subcontractors and deliveries
- Monitor bid opportunities and gather all specs, drawings and bid documents
- Obtain and complete necessary bid documents for submittal
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- CRM & ERP experience
- Zoho Books experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Direct hire with benefits
- 1st shift, Monday – Friday
- Salary range: $50 – $60K
- Must pass drug and background screenings
