Position Overview:
The primary focus of the Order Processing Representative 1 is to process orders and interface with customers through phone and email to ensure their needs are met and that all regulatory requirements are satisfied.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Auditing and processing orders that arrive via email, fax, or mail

Ensure all required regulatory information is received, reviewed, and properly documented to prepare orders for shipment

Record customer information within our database

Email required documentation to customers

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner and properly address concerns

Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company and department processes

Taking inbound calls
Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to work independently, as well as with multiple departments

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in computer programs such as Outlook and Microsoft Office
Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Chemical Industry background a plus

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong multitasking ability

Minimum 2-year Customer Service experience required
