Industrial Electrician

Pay: $20–$26 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
Travel: 20–30% (domestic, occasional international)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team. This role is critical in wiring and installing electrical systems for machines, upgrading outdated controls to modern specifications, and ensuring smooth operation at both our facilities and customer sites. You’ll work hands-on with electrical panels, blueprints, and testing equipment while collaborating with clients and team members to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Wire and terminate panels based on electrical blueprints and diagrams

• Inspect, install, repair, and maintain electrical components such as transformers, circuit breakers, and machine systems

• Test and troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate tools and equipment

• Calibrate and upgrade machinery control systems

• Run cabling and set up computer systems as needed

• Ensure compliance with state, local, and company safety regulations

• Maintain accurate records of work orders and materials used

• Travel to customer sites for project installations, service, and calibrations

What We’re Looking For

• Education & Experience:

  • Technical degree preferred

  • 2–5 years of industrial or electrical experience

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong ability to read and apply blueprints and technical diagrams

  • Knowledge of machine control hardware and pneumatics (a plus)

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Professional communication and customer interaction abilities

  • Flexibility to travel (20–30%)
