Warehouse Associate – Order Picker/Packer
Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.50 /hour
Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, receiving, and shipping inventory items and raw materials to fulfill customer orders. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in various temperature-controlled environments, and adherence to established safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Pick items using RF scanners or voice-picking systems

Pack products for shipment, ensuring lot numbers, shipping temperatures, addresses, and shipping methods are accurate

Work in a variety of temperature-controlled environments (e.g., refrigerated, frozen, ambient)

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials at the correct temperature

Verify deliveries against packing lists, bills of lading, and purchase orders; report any discrepancies or damaged goods

Label and document incoming and outgoing materials according to procedures

Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and receiving documents and records

Enter and maintain product data in inventory systems or databases

Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, man-up order picker) as needed

Identify and resolve issues related to logistics, shipping, receiving, and customer orders

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and comply with ISO 13485 quality standards
Qualifications:

Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment preferred

Ability to work in varied temperature environments

Comfortable using RF scanners, voice-picking systems, or basic warehouse technology

Forklift certification or willingness to be trained is a plus

Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and documentation

Strong organizational skills and ability to follow procedures and safety protocols
