- Expectations/Scope of Work: The following is a list of functions the Portal Coordinator is responsible for and is not all conclusive. The role of the Portal Coordinator is to service the customers by seeing to the installation, service, preps, stone installation and warranty requests as received, and generally seeing to the smooth relationship between customer and company.
- Major Responsibilities, this includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Maintaining and Monitoring the portal for schedules, selections, and schedule changes
- Scheduling measures, installs, and preps as required by builder portal
- Creating tickets and paperwork as required
- Ordering product and accessories as needed
- Making sure all pricing is accurate before being installed, contacting the builder to make changes as necessary
- Maintaining communication between the supers/builders and our company
- Associated Duties
- Maintaining and Monitoring the Portal:
- Logging into and monitoring the various builder portals for new address and schedules.
- Monitoring the portal schedules daily to check for changes
- Keep builder and Internal Ops manager aware of any scheduling issues and changes
- Scheduling measures, installs and preps as required
- Scheduling all required installs for measures/installs within the parameters of our capacity
- Keeping the general schedulers aware of any last-minute adjustments that need to be made
- Creating tickets and paperwork required
- Ordering product and accessories as needed
- Order special order product as needed, while following lead times
- Making sure all pricing is accurate before being installed, contacting builder to make changes if necessary
- Follow all approved pricing set forth by sales and builders
- Make sure all Purchase Orders are accurate
- Maintaining communication between the supers/builders and our company
- Communicate all scheduling issues with the supers/builders
- General
- Keep the Internal Operations Manager informed on a timely basis of anything that could affect the company's operation and profitability
- Perform any other duties not specifically stated here, which the Internal Operations Manager may assign
- Keep informed of any changes that may take place within a customer's organization that may be of interest to management
- Be able to back up the other Portal Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- 0-1 years of experience in construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid time management and prioritization skills
- Positive attitude and team player
