About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Production Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for keeping our production equipment running smoothly through preventive maintenance and skilled mechanical repairs. You'll also play a key part in improving equipment performance, diagnosing issues, and ensuring production efficiency stays on track.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance on a wide range of complex production equipment and systems

Conduct skilled mechanical and troubleshooting repairs

Diagnose and analyze equipment failures and recommend solutions

Execute both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks

Evaluate equipment performance and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and yield

Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance procedures and modifications

Prepare technical reports and assist with equipment audits as needed
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

1-3 years of hands-on experience in industrial or production equipment maintenance

Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable reading technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, or pneumatic systems a plus

Strong written communication skills for reporting and documentation
