About the Role
NESCO Data Center & Infrastructure is looking for an IT Technician (Identity & Systems Support) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and user account support. You’ll help keep systems running smoothly, support employees with account and access needs, and learn from experienced IT professionals.
What You’ll Do

Create and manage user accounts, email, and access to company systems.

Respond to help desk tickets and assist employees in person or remotely.

Learn and work with Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows servers.

Set up and maintain file shares, groups, and access permissions.
-
Help troubleshoot login, access, and email issues.

Maintain simple documentation and follow IT procedures.

Assist with IT projects and upgrades alongside senior staff.
What We’re Looking For

0–2 years of IT support or help desk experience (internships or school projects count!).

Basic knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and networking concepts.

Interest in learning Active Directory and scripting (PowerShell is a plus).

Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in IT.
Nice to Have (Not Required)

Exposure to ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).

Familiarity with cloud tools like Azure AD.

Any scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
