Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Warehouse & Inventory Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the timely and accurate flow of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support a fast-paced health supplement manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate is a motivated team leader with a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage warehouse operations in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the receipt, storage, movement, and shipping of raw materials, components, and finished products

Train, manage, and retain a high-performing warehouse team

Coordinate closely with Production and Quality teams to ensure materials are positioned and ready for use

Implement and manage inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and availability of materials

Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with internal and external safety and regulatory requirements

Manage receiving processes including inspection, sampling, and ERP entry

Lead shipping operations to ensure timely, accurate deliveries with minimal need for expediting

Maintain accurate records in the ERP system (Kenandy) and assist with regular inventory counts

Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as necessary to support warehouse functions

Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment

Prior experience leading or supervising warehouse teams

Forklift operation experience required

Strong computer skills, including familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Outlook

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in environments with variable temperatures, dust, and allergens

Willingness to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
