• The scientist will perform cell-based in vitro functional assays and utilize techniques such as cell culture, flow cytometry, and Western blot.
• The scientist will be responsible for generating, analyzing and reporting data in an electronic notebook and to the *** team.

Qualifications
Position Title: Associate Scientist/Scientist, Discovery Oncology
Qualifications:
• B.S. or M.S. in Biological sciences.
• Basic knowledge of oncology, immunology or related field
Experience:
• BS with 6 years of experience and MS with 4 years of relevant experience within academia or industry.
Required skills:
• Prior experience in Mammalian cell culture
• Flow cytometry
• Functional assays
• Cell line engineering (CRISPR KO, viral transfection, protein overexpression)
• Good laboratory practice
Preferred skills:
• Western blot
• ELISA
• Cell Isolation from primary tissues
• Familiarity with FlowJo, GraphPad Prism and Excel
• Previous in vivo experience is a plus
Software skills:
• Basic knowledge on data collection and analysis tools and computer applications such as ELN, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Other Personal Attributes:
• Detail-oriented
• Highly motivated
• Able and eager to learn new techniques

• 100% lab based onsite role.
