Forklift & Warehouse Associate — 1st or 2nd Shift
More than just driving a forklift — be the backbone of our client's warehouse team!Do you like variety, staying busy, and doing work that actually matters? Our client is hiring dependable warehouse associates who can operate a forklift and help keep production flowing. This role is part forklift driving, part order selection, part inventory & record-keeping — perfect for someone who wants more than a sit-and-drive job.
What you'll do
- Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely to move product to/from production lines and racks.
- Pull orders from production lines and stage for shipping.
- Select and pack orders, accurately following pick lists.
- Receive, cycle count, and help maintain inventory records.
- Perform basic computer tasks: scan/barcode input, update logs, and complete simple digital forms.
- Keep work areas organized and follow safety procedures.
- Assist with light production or packaging tasks as needed.
Schedule
- 1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday (typical)
- 2nd shift: 3:00 PM – finish (usually 8–9 hour days)
- Some Saturdays required (scheduled in advance)
What the client is looking for
- Warehouse experience — order picking, inventory, or production a plus.
- Forklift experience required (certification a plus).
- Comfortable with basic computer/scan device use.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
- Able to lift moderate weight and stand/walk for your shift.
- Positive attitude and willing to help where needed — this is not a strictly forklift-only role.
