Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift
Napoleon, OH | $34.50/hour | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping machines running at their best? We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring smooth production operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and improving equipment throughout the plant.
What You'll Do

Perform machine repairs, set-ups, and changeovers to minimize downtime.

Maintain and troubleshoot equipment involving electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

Handle building and facility maintenance as needed.

Work with electrical systems ranging from 12 VDC to 480 VAC, including 3-phase power.

Support and improve our computerized Preventative Maintenance (PM) program.

Assist with ergonomic and safety improvements.

Order and maintain spare parts inventory.

Train associates on safe and effective equipment use.

Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For

2–3 years' experience as a maintenance, electronics, or robotics technician in a manufacturing environment.

Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, robotics, welding, and basic fabrication.

Mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience.

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work on your feet daily (walking, bending, reaching, squatting on cement floors).
