Inventory Analyst
(Client of Nesco Resource)
Do you have a sharp eye for detail and a knack for keeping things organized? We're looking for an Inventory Analyst to help manage and streamline our client's inventory operations. In this role, you'll track data, analyze inventory levels, and support the team in ensuring everything is accurate, efficient, and ready to meet business needs.
What You'll Do

Monitor, track, and analyze inventory data to ensure accuracy across systems.

Review stock levels, shipments, and orders to keep operations running smoothly.

Identify discrepancies and work with warehouse and procurement teams to resolve them.

Generate and maintain reports on inventory status, usage trends, and forecasting needs.

Assist with audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to improve inventory control.

Prepare and process inventory-related documentation, including purchase orders and invoices.

Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to support inventory accuracy.

Support continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process enhancements.
What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

2 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, or data analysis (administrative support also considered).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
