Job Title: Production Assembly

Location: Coxsackie, NY
Pay: $21.00
Schedule: 20–40 hours per week | 4–12 hour shifts | 1st shift only

Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our production team as Temporary Production Assembly Associates. In this hands-on role, you'll help build high-quality mattresses while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work, problem-solving, and being part of a dynamic manufacturing team.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mattresses using pneumatic tools such as c-ring hog-ring guns, staple guns, and hot glue guns.

• Work on Hot Melt Bond (HMB) units, foam-encased pocketed coil units, and final mattress assembly.

• Apply specified upholstered layers to HMB and open coil units.

• Inspect mattress components and finished products for quality and defects.

• Follow established work instructions and production tickets to meet production standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for 8–12 hours per day.

• Capability to lift heavy materials up to 120 pounds multiple times per hour; team lifting is required for heavy loads.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, communicate respectfully with team members, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Safety-conscious mindset and willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.

• Comfortable working in a noisy environment with hot materials and limited chemicals.
