Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am to 3:30pm (or until finish) Must be open to having a flexible schedule.
Occasional Saturdays (1–2 times/month)
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, pre-treatment).

Mix and apply powder coating using spray guns and booths.

Ensure smooth, even coverage and proper coating thickness.

Inspect and touch up coated parts for quality.

Maintain equipment and follow all safety protocols.

Record materials, time, and any production issues.

Work with the team to meet daily production goals.
