Job Title: Production Administration Clerk
Location: Lebanon, KY Department: Main Office Reports To: HR
Job Summary
As a Production Administration Clerk, you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. You’ll assist with production reporting, inventory tracking, documentation, and communication between managers and sales representatives to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
· Phones and Reception
· Invoicing Sales Orders
· Prepare Weekly Production Reports
· File Sales and production-related documentation (sales orders, reports, etc.)
· Accounts Payable entry, file and meter AP checks and file support documents
· Process Online store orders
· Communicate with external Laboratory’s for Sample processing and testing results
· Verify Sale Orders pre-shipping
· Inventory Movement
· Creating Sale Order Files and Distributions
· File Sales and production-related documentation (sales orders, reports, etc.)
· Creating Shipping, Head Iron and Inventory Labels
· Organize, sort and file documents, records and other materials.
· Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems.
· Retrieve files and documents upon request while ensuring all records are handled with discretion and confidentiality

Skills & Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in Business or Manufacturing a plus)
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Comfortable with data entry and handling paperwork
· Prior experience in manufacturing or administrative roles is a bonus but not required
· Familiarity with data entry and database management.
· Confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
· Time management needed to prioritize tasks.
