Job Brief
The Middle Market Loan Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for assisting the Loan Fulfilment team and Loan Closers in supporting commercial loan operations. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, including OFAC, Patriot Act, Beneficial Owner, and Flood, while adhering to internal procedures and controls.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct post-booking quality verification to confirm consistency between loan approvals, loan documents, and the LoanIQ (LIQ) system.

Identify, analyze, and balance risks/exceptions; escalate issues to Loan Closers or management as needed.

Manage assigned work independently with minimal oversight; provide assistance to teammates as capacity allows.

Perform Beneficial Ownership recertifications.

Prepare DocuSign envelopes for electronic execution of documents.

Generate covenant waiver letters and coordinate execution (wet or electronic).

Partner with Loan Closers to track, escalate, and resolve documentation exceptions.

Request UCC searches, Good Standing certificates, Civil Suits & Judgments, and Lien Searches for review.

Utilize nCino and KeyView Deluxe (KVD) to track transactions.

Deliver distinctive, personalized service to internal clients.
Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably in banking.

Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset; detail-focused.

Demonstrated decision-making skills.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Strong planning and organizational ability with proven success handling multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote).

Familiarity with commercial banking systems preferred (LoanIQ, Salesforce, LaserPro, DocuSign, Beneficial Ownership System).
