Job Summary:
- Designs and develops staining procedures in close partnership with assay development.
- Develops software supplements that install staining procedures along with the underlying database elements required to the support staining procedure(s) in the software application.
- Delivers projects on time in a fast paced environment.
- Mentored on the use of software tools and editing staining procedures
- Monitors work to ensure quality and continuously promote Quality First Time.
Skill Set Requirements
- Experience with Programming
- Strong leadership and organizational
- Ability to plan project components and effectively report status to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of creating software documentation for a medical device.
- Knowledge of software databases
- Experience with scripting languages – SQL-ite is preferred, but other scripting languages will be accepted
- Ability to create project documentation that is complete, consistent, and usable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of or familiarity with project management tools (such as Smart Sheets, MS Project, or Trello).
- Ability to create/edit written procedures and document work accurately.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver projects on time.
- Information Security and Data Privacy fundamentals
- Having a background in biology or chemistry would be helpful to understand the science involved with the process
Education
Must have a 4 year degree – preferably in Engineering (preferred), Biology, or Chemistry
