In this role, you'll play a vital part in building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client needs. You will leverage sourcing tools, social networks, and innovative strategies to find and engage top talent—all while supporting our recruiters and hiring managers to deliver results.
Job Duties:
- Proactively source resumes from applicant tracking systems, job boards, and other tools daily.
- Identify and pre-qualify candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Write, post, and manage engaging job postings across multiple platforms.
- Use creative and out-of-the-box sourcing techniques to uncover hard-to-find talent.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Maintain candidate records and notes in our database.
- Network with online groups, social communities, and professional networks.
- Assist with onboarding processes and ensure compliance with background checks, I-9, E-Verify, and client-specific requirements.
- Support recruiting technology initiatives and process improvements.
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required; prior sourcing or recruiting experience a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish/English Required
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday
Pay: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
