What You'll Do
- Business Development: Generate new business through cold calling, warm calling, networking, and referrals
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with property managers, homeowners, insurance agents, and adjusters
- Sales Cycle Management: Handle the full process from prospecting to closing
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations to ensure accurate estimates and timely service delivery
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on restoration trends, competitor activity, and insurance processes
- Reporting: Track sales activity and provide regular updates to management
Must Haves
Sales Experience: 2 years in sales, preferably in restoration, construction, or insurance services
Hunter Mentality: Comfortable with cold calling and generating leads
Relationship-Builder: Strong communication and networking skills
Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and mobile applications. Bonus if you have experience working with Xactimate
Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
