Compiles records concerned with quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued.
Requisitions needed supplies; verifies material received to determine irregularities in order; inspects articles and rejects defective ones.
Prepares inventory records and reports and investigates discrepancies in stock counts.
This position requires the use of Microsoft Office and various computer databases.
This position requires management of over 1000 various tools with varying contents and inventories. Customer services background would be helpful.
Good organizational skills.
Experience with Stock Control, Inventory Management Practices and Procedures.
Experience with Power and Hand Tools. Demonstrated computer literacy. Material handling Experience. Previous inventory or warehouse experience.
Maintain proper stock controls by performing manual and clerical tasks involved in receiving, preparation and stocking, issuing, physical inventory, disposition, control and protection of company and government property.
This is a second shift position with the hours of 4:30pm to 3:00am Monday - Thursday.
