Project Manager
1st Shift
7:30AM-4:30PM

Sanford, FL

Responsibilities
• Develop project estimates and bid documents including material take-off from specifications and drawings.
• Retrieve vendor pricing and costs to develop a bill of materials.
• Create or fill-in bid documents for project proposals.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, including order processing and project scheduling.
• Organize and manage all related project documents such as specifications, drawings, and bills of materials.
• Requisition purchased materials necessary for project execution.
• Create and oversee work orders submitted to the shop for various functions.
• Resolve issues and solve problems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to management.
• Create accurate invoicing for completed projects.
• Ensure all documents and drawings are archived correctly after project completion.

Requirements
• Associate's degree or higher.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Three (3) years' experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in project management or inventory software is preferred.
• Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Versatility and flexibility to work within changing priorities.

Nice-to-haves
• Experience in electrical systems management.
